As part of individual counselling sessions we discuss topics, situations and challenges, which currently you are interested in. During sessions I apply positive psychology and solutionfocused brief coaching approaches and methods, which fit your goals the best.
Length of individual counselling session: 90 minutes. Both personal and online sessions are available, and if your topic requires, outdoor session is also an options. In this case we choose the path which supports your topic the best.
Individual counselling sessions are not equal with therapy or treating mental illnesses.
